PRICES AND PAYMENT
Each item is listed with a price including VAT. In the shopping cart, you can see the total price including shipping. Payment terms are indicated in the shopping cart depending on the selected payment method.

Shipping conditions are specified in the shopping cart depending on the selected shipping method. We apply first-class shipping with PostNord/DHL for for our international customers. 

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Your right of withdrawal (the withdrawal period) is valid for 14 days. Your message to us must clearly state that you regret the purchase. The period begins on the day you received the item or a substantial part of it. If the agreement concerns a custom-made item - or an item that has been given a clear personal touch, the cooling-off period begins on the day we provide information.

The shipping cost for returning the item is EURO 15 and is deducted from the amount when we receive the item and refund the amount for the product.

You do not have the right of withdrawal if:
  • The seal has been broken on the box or the product have been used.


When you have exercised your right of withdrawal:

You are obliged to keep the item in the same good condition as when you received it. You may not use it, but of course carefully examine it. If the product is damaged or lost due to your carelessness, you lose the right of cancellation.

In exercising the right of withdrawal, you must first contact us. Never send a package back to us before contacting us.

DELIVERIES
Whallystore.com uses PostNord/DHL as a transport partner for our deliveries. Normal delivery time is 2-5 working days within Europe from when the order is processed and shipped. We ship your order either the same day or the next day. 

RETURNS
Returns are at your own expense, except if the item is defective or if we have packed it incorrectly. Returns must be sent as a letter or package, not cash on delivery. Always contact us before sending a package.

When you have exercised your right of withdrawal, you must send or return it to us.

The shipping cost for returning the item is SEK 39 and is deducted from the amount when we receive the item and refund the amount for the product.

Repayment obligation:

If you have exercised your right of withdrawal, we shall repay what you have paid for the goods as soon as possible or at the latest within 30 days from the day we received the goods. You must pay the return costs yourself when you send the item back. We always pay the return cost for sending back so-called replacement goods or if we made a mistake.
