Delivery

How much does the shipping cost?

Shipping is only 4,9 EURO within Europe. Your package is sent with a trackable package with PostNord/DHL.

How are my goods delivered?

Your goods will be delivered with a PostNord/DHL in 2-5 days. PostNord/DHL normally delivers to your home in the letterbox or to a agent where you can collect your package. You will get a notice once the package is ready to collect.

How long does the delivery take?

Delivery normally takes 2-5 days within Europe (EU). 

How can I track my package?

If the shipment will be done with DHL you will recieve a tracking number. With Postnord there is no tracking.

I have written the wrong address - how do I change it?

If you contact us before your package has been shipped, we can change this for you. If your package has already been sent to an incorrect address, your package will be returned to us and we will contact you then.

I want to add products to my order - how do I do it?

You can contact us and we will help you make the adjustments you wish. You will then receive an invoice sent to your email for the products you added.

What payment methods do you have?

We offer card payment with Visa/MasterCard, American express, Klarna Pay later, Klarna pay directly and partial payment through Klarna. We also offer Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and more.
